Shipping policy
Orders are prepared with care and intention. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the type of item, size, weight and destination.
Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00 USD. These rates apply to U.S. domestic orders.
Carriers: All orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise noted. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
Transit Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and USPS processing times.
Order Tracking: An email confirmation will be sent after checkout, followed by a second email containing your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@behindthescenteddoor.com within 48 hours. Please include photos of any damage so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping Errors: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded. If the package is returned to us, we will work with you to reship it.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is currently not available, but may be offered in the future.
